Refund Policy Information

We offers a 30-day money back guarantee (Refund) Only for design services. If you are not satisfied with our service within the time frame of 30 days after you purchased the account, you need to contact our Sales Department and you will receive a refund after deducting processing fees for your service. Any domain registrations/transfers are final and do not include any money back guarantee and will be a subject to the regular domain price per year.

All Yearly PLANS are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If YOU are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days of YOUR contract, YOU will be given a full refund of the amount excluding setup fees, domain registration fees, add on/ upgrade fees and overages. Setup fees are refundable only if the account order is canceled prior to account activation.

Selected Services

We always aim to keep our services without interruption. Therefor the services we provide will be renewed automatically unless notified prior to expiration date of the specific service. Domains and SSL renewals are non-refundable as provided by third party company and their irreversible order policy

The montly accounts are set up on a monthly prepay basis. Customers may cancel their accounts at any time, however they will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period of the prepaid month, since these services do NOT include Money Back Guarantee. Any incentives offered to the Customers upon sign-up will be also canceled.

Domain Name Registrations/Transfers are also treated as non-refundable services and cannot be canceled or refunded after activated upon Customer request. The domain name owner will have access to a domain management account, and will be able to transfer the domain name to another registrar.

Please note that domain name registrations are final and cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS AND REIMBURSEMENT TERMS

• All Clear Balance pending in the Advance Account maybe reimbursed fully to the Customer, on request of the Customer. Such Request must be sent to us in the manner prescribed by us.
• All bank charges applicable and a reasonable processing fee will be deducted from this amount. All Refunds and Reimbursements will take up to 14 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request, to process.
• We will not be responsible for any differences in the reimbursement amount due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates. Parent will determine in its sole discretion appropriate conversion rates for currency exchange.
• We will not refund any amount that has already been debited to the Customers Advance Account under any circumstances.

Setup fees and monthly service fees are non-refundable. The Customer agrees to a no-refund policy in advance.
